Founded in 2001 by Katoshia Ford, FORD Management Services has provided extensive Project, Construction and Facilities Management services for a multitude of project types, including retail, research, warehouse and educational facilities, but focuses primarily in the Class-A and Class-B office markets. The magnitude of our work ranges up to 550,000 SF buildings with project scopes that entail phased, occupied renovations / modernizations and newly constructed facilities.
FORD offers turnkey full-service solutions from the planning stage through final construction, move and occupancy with a focus on customer service. Headquartered in the State of Maryland, FORD provides support services throughout the United States, and has completed projects in Regions 1, 2,3,4,5,7 and 11. Recent project locations include District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia.
