Founded in 2001 by Katoshia Ford, FORD Management Services has provided extensive Project, Construction and Facilities Management services for a multitude of project types, including retail, research, warehouse and educational facilities, but focuses primarily in the Class-A and Class-B office markets. The magnitude of our work ranges up to 550,000 SF buildings with project scopes that entail phased, occupied renovations / modernizations and newly constructed facilities.

FORD offers turnkey full-service solutions from the planning stage through final construction, move and occupancy with a focus on customer service. Headquartered in the State of Maryland, FORD provides support services throughout the United States, and has completed projects in Regions 1, 2,3,4,5,7 and 11.
