Company Description

FORD’s services include not only construction management, but also FF&E management, and relocation management.
Role Description
The Project Manager role is a full-time hybrid position located in the Washington DC Metro area. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring that teams complete projects on time and within budgets. Additionally, they will be required to provide technical oversight to ensure compliance with project requirements, timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field;
- • Minimum of 10 years’ experience;
- • Construction project experience that may include renovation, build-to-suit, design-build, and/or construction manager at risk;
- • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently;
- • Proficient knowledge of Project Management, MS Office, and general business software;
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to gain trust and build rapport quickly with clients, stakeholders, and team members;
- • PMP, CCM, LEED BD+C or similar certifications are a plus;
- • Experience in government contracting is a plus.
