FF&E Coordination and Management

FORD provides management and oversight of the timely design, procurement, delivery, and installation of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) for commercial real estate projects. FORD works closely with the building owner, tenant, procurement agent and general contractor to ensure successful coordination and installation. FORD also solicits bids and coordinates with the general contractor and specialty consultants on specialty items such as laundry, kitchen/cafeteria, work-out room, lobby/entry, medical, SCIFs, high-density shelving, and signage.
