- Scheduling & Milestone Management: Develop, monitor, and coordinate project schedules to support timely delivery.
- Budgeting & Cost Management: Support budget development, monitor expenditures, review cost impacts, and identify potential financial risks.
- Risk Identification & Mitigation: Anticipate project challenges, evaluate potential impacts, and coordinate proactive solutions.
- Project Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Provide regular progress updates, track milestones, and communicate key project issues and decisions.
- Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration among owners, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Design & Construction Oversight: Monitor project activities to support quality, schedule compliance, and alignment with approved project requirements.
- Project Delivery, Occupancy & Closeout: Coordinate final inspections, punch lists, turnover documentation, occupancy planning, and project closeout activities.
